Pricing questions, answered

Every price on this page is the price. No per-page billing, no quote process, no demo required to see a number.

How much does MedLegal AI cost?

A free account includes 3 case analyses with no credit card. A single case is $19 pay-per-case. Subscriptions are $49/month for Pro (1 user, up to 20 cases), $249/month for Professional (up to 5 users, unlimited cases), and $499/month for Firm (unlimited users). Plaintiff and defense are priced the same, and dual access to both platforms is $79, $399, and $799/month at those tiers.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Yes. Every plan has a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. A free account also includes 3 full case analyses.

Do you charge per page of medical records?

No. Pricing is per case or per seat, not per page. A 14,000-page record set costs the same as a 200-page one.

What does the physician records review cost?

A board-certified physician reads the record and signs the summary for a flat $1,400 per civil case, or $1,000 for a workers' compensation case. There is no hourly billing, no examination, and no quote process.

Is there a plaintiff-only or defense-only restriction?

No. MedLegal AI serves both sides. Plaintiff and defense workflows cost the same, and firms that work both sides can buy dual access under one login.

What is the Courtroom AI add-on?

Live deposition and testimony analysis, available as a $99 to $299 per month add-on to any plan.
