How it works

You fill in the family story, once. A structured intake walks you through parents, siblings, and children — what they had, how old they were — plus your own basics: age, blood pressure, cholesterol if you know it, smoking, prior screenings.

A physician builds and signs your calendar. Our software maps your history against current national guidelines and proposes a plan; a licensed physician reviews every single line against your actual situation, edits it, and signs it by name. No plan is ever auto-issued.

You get one clear table. Each row: the test · why, with the guideline citation · when to have it · how often to repeat it · who orders it (usually your own doctor — the plan is written to hand to them). Plus your tripwires: the symptoms that mean "skip the calendar, be seen now."

It stays current. Guidelines change. Each year we re-check your plan against the latest editions, a physician reviews the differences, and you get an updated, re-signed calendar — with reminders as each test comes due.

What we won't sell you — read this part

A family history like yours makes you the perfect customer for the fear-screening industry: full-body MRIs, "executive panels," annual everything. Your plan includes a section most services would never write: what we deliberately did not recommend, with the reason for each. No full-body MRI — because for asymptomatic people the evidence points to incidental findings and cascades of follow-up, not longer lives. No test that changes fear without changing management. If the honest answer for part of your history is "no extra screening is supported — here's the skill to know and the symptoms to act on instead," your plan says exactly that. This section is not a disclaimer. It's the product.

Common questions

Is this only about the heart? Heart disease is where we started, but family history doesn't stay in one organ — plans also cover strong family histories of common cancers, diabetes, and bone health, each against its own guideline, and route you to genetic counseling when a pattern warrants it.

Does the plan order my tests? The plan is written for your own doctor to act on — each row says who typically orders the test, and most belong in your regular care (and are often covered there). We equip that visit; we don't replace it.

What if I already see a specialist for a known family condition? Then they lead, full stop. This product supplements a specialist, never replaces one — and the intake screens for exactly this.
