Deposition Survival · For Physicians

Being deposed in a malpractice case? Don't just read about it — rehearse it until it's boring.

A physician-built course paired with a realistic AI examiner that questions you the way plaintiff's counsel will — and scores you — so you walk in calm, consistent, and impossible to rattle. Built to use alongside your defense attorney.

Not legal advice. Private by default. Your attorney always has the final word.
🩺 Built by a board-certified physician who testifies
🎙️ A realistic AI examiner, not passive video
🔁 Unlimited practice for a year
🔒 Private — nothing shared

Video courses tell you what to do. This one makes you do it.

The incumbent physician deposition course is 10 hours of passive video for $1,395. You'll learn the rules — then never practice them. Depositions aren't a knowledge test. They're a performance under pressure.

The $1,395 video course

  • Passive video you watch once
  • Generic examples, not your case type
  • No way to practice being cross-examined
  • You find out how you'll do… on the actual day

Survive Your Deposition

  • A realistic AI examiner cross-examines you out loud
  • Drills on your specialty and case type
  • A scorecard after every session — where you over-answered, guessed, or got rattled
  • Unlimited reps until walking in feels routine

15 modules — each ends with a live AI drill

The proven arc of a deposition-prep curriculum, rebuilt so every lesson is followed by hands-on practice against the AI examiner.

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. This is educational deposition-preparation training. It does not replace your defense attorney, who always has the final word on your case and your testimony.

How is this different from the SEAK physician course?

SEAK's course is excellent passive video. This one adds the piece you can't get from video: a realistic AI examiner that cross-examines you out loud and scores you, on your own specialty and case type, as many times as you want.

Who built it?

A board-certified physician who serves as a medical expert witness, together with the MedLegal AI team. You learn deposition survival from someone who has sat in both chairs.

Is my practice private?

Yes. Your practice sessions are private by default and are not shared with your attorney, your employer, or anyone else. Don't enter real patient identifiers — practice with your case's facts in general terms.

Do I get CME?

CME credit is being added and will be available at full launch. Founding members get it at no extra cost when it lands.
