How it works

Write your question the way you'd tell a friend. What you feel, when it started, what makes it better or worse, what you're afraid it is. A structured form helps you include what a physician actually needs — and screens for red flags that mean "skip us, seek care now."

A licensed physician reads it and writes back. A real doctor, licensed in your state, whose name is on the answer. Software organizes your question; the physician does the thinking.

Your answer has three parts, every time. What's most likely going on and the mechanism — why a body does this; the specific tripwires — "here is exactly what would make this worth same-day care, and here's what can wait for a routine visit"; and the questions to bring to your own doctor if it persists.
